Do I have to pay shipping to return my order? When you make an order, Viori covers the shipping cost of that order when shipping within the USA. When a customer wishes to return or make an exchange, we kindly ask that the customer covers the shipping cost to return the order.

How long does it take to get my order? Orders shipping within the United States will arrive within 3 - 5 business days once the order is shipped. Orders shipping outside the United States usually arrive within 8-14 business days, sometimes longer, once the order is shipped. During the holidays, international customers may experience delays and longer shipping times.

Can I expedite my order? Please contact [email protected] and let us know your address. We will see if we can get it shipped the same day and expedite it and let you know the additional cost to do so. There is no guarantee we can make this happen but we will do our best to take care of our tribe!

Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel a recurring order, we need at least a 48 hour notice to try and stop it. Please email your request to [email protected]. If the order has not been **processed (meaning your card hasn't been charged yet)**or shipped yet, we may be able to cancel or edit your order, but we can't guarantee it. If your card has already been charged and then you try to cancel, it most likely can not be stopped and canceled in time.

If it has already shipped (meaning it has a tracking number), we cannot stop or edit it, but we are happy to help you start the process to return for a refund or exchange if you would like. Please email your request to [email protected] to request an RMA# and the return address.

*Please note as part of our return policy that customers are responsible for the return shipping expenses.*

Who is responsible for duties & VAT?

Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, and Japan are all delivered duties paid (DDP).

All other international countries are delivered duties unpaid (DDU).

Please note, once you receive your tracking #, please keep your eyes out for the package. If the Post Office attempts delivery and fails to get you the order resulting in the package getting returned to us, you will be responsible for the postage to reship the order.
