How can I expedite my shipment?

Before ordering, please contact our support team at [email protected] and provide us with your address. They will be able to tell you if we can get it shipped the same day and give you a quote for overnight or expedited shipping. We cannot guarantee we can make this happen, but we will always do our best for our tribe!

Where do you ship?

We can ship to any country except Russia, Iraq, and China at this time.  We are unfortunately unable to send packages to those countries. The country customs do not allow this type of product at this time.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Shipments within the United States should arrive 3 - 5 business days after shipping. If you live outside the United States, shipping times will be longer at 8 - 14 days or sometimes more than that. During the busy holiday seasons (Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas, etc) shipping times may be longer due to the high volume of shipments during this season.

Where are your products shipped from? Where is your warehouse and fulfillment centers located?

We are located in Utah, USA. All of our products are manufactured and delivered from Utah, USA. Hope that helps! Thank you for supporting our company!

Who do we ship with? What shipping service provider do we use?

United States - We use the United States Postal Service (USPS). Arrives within 3 - 5 business days. Canada - We use a mix of services between FedEx, DHL, and UPS. Arrives within 8 - 14 business days. Other International - We use a mix of services between FedEx, DHL, and UPS. Arrives within 14+ business days. Our default shipping method is DHL for international orders -  If you would like your items to ship with FedEx, there is an additional shipping fee. *Sometimes shipments outside of the US and Canada can take over a month to arrive. This isn't the norm, but it happens from time to time.
