We use a surfactant (cleanser) called Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate (SCI). It is actually in lots of shampoos. It is often called baby foam because it is very mild and made from coconut. Mild in the sense of no harsh chemicals. SCI is considered a natural cleanser.
