My tracking number shows that my package is being returned to sender. What do I do?

Once your order is shipped and you have your tracking #, it will be your responsibility to ensure that the package is received. If the post office attempts delivery several times without any success and sends it back to sender, please reach out to our customer support team at [email protected].


My tracking says delivered, but I haven't received it. What do I do? We share your frustration and we apologize USPS didn't deliver your package correctly. Recently we have seen a lot of cases where the package is actually delivered 1-2 business days after it says "delivered" OR the post office actually has it in their possession. If nothing is delivered to you today or tomorrow, we recommend contacting your local post office and see if they have it there. If they don't have it there, let us know please contact [email protected] so we can further assist you.
