Can I cancel my recurring order?

If you would like to cancel a recurring order, we need at least a 48 hour notice before the payment has processed to try and stop it. Please email your request to [email protected]. If the order has not been processed (meaning your card hasn't been charged yet) or shipped yet, we may be able to cancel or edit your order, but we can't guarantee it.

If it has already shipped (meaning it has a tracking number), we unfortunately cannot stop or edit it, but we are happy to help you start the process to return for a refund or exchange if you would like. Please email your request to [email protected] to request an RMA# and the return address.

*Please note as part of our return policy that customers are responsible for the return shipping expenses.*

Can I change scents before my next order?

Yes! Here are the steps to swap/change the product on your account:

When you first log into your account you will see a button to click on that says "Manage My Subscriptions". Click on this.
Once the next page loads, you should see an outlined box beneath your shipping address. In this box you will see the products you have subscribed to. Under the product(s) you've subscribed to you'll want to click on "Manage this subscription". Once you're here you will be able to swap the product for a different item.
