We want to make sure you are happy and satisfied with your Viori products. If you are unsatisfied and would like to return your order, we will allow it as long as the bar is at least 75% intact and it's within 30 days. To start a return please use our return portal HERE. Follow the steps in the portal to submit your return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Also, please note that if Checkout+ was selected at checkout return shipping will be covered. Otherwise, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.Once returns are received, we will process the return items and refund within 1-2 business days.
